Indoc or Indoctrination

Pararescue Indoctrination, or Indoc for short, was a course designed to instill an operator mentality through rigorous training and team building exercises. This course was notorious for having the highest attrition rate in the Department of Defense (DoD). Beginning January 2019, Pararescue Indoctrination has been replaced with Assessment and Selection.
