Which would you recommend if you wanted the most deployments, Guard or Active Duty?

As far as deployments I would say that there is an opportunity to get as many as the active duty guys do as a guardsman but it is more difficult depending on whether the rest of the team wants to deploy or if you would be able to take other peoples spots on the deployment
