Usually, when you are about to graduate they have a list of available bases on the board and they rank your performance throughout the pipeline, the top guy picks first and so on.

Are you allowing guys to rest during push ups with their butt up in the air or is it starting position only?

For the 500m PAST swim are we allowed to do a combat side stroke or only freestyle?
