I am having trouble staying at the bottom of the pool while putting the mask on. Is there a certain technique or trick I’m missing?
Do a couple of upstrokes to keep yourself down and it helps to do it faster. Make sure when you start your ascent you are on the bottom, so you may have to upstroke back to the bottom.
I just wanted to know if your workout program will include underwater swimming and how far should I be swimming underwater?

During the 50 meter underwater can you kick off the wall? If so, can you kick off both during the beginning and half way, reason I ask is because I only have a 25 meter pool?
Yes, you get one kick off the wall either at the beginning or half way depending on which pool you’re at.
What stroke technique can be used during underwaters?
You need to use the keyhole/frog kick stroke.
What knots do they make PJs tie underwater at Indoc?
Inside bowline, square knot, fisherman's, clove hitch, and girth hitch with an extra turn.
