What would you say was more mentally challenging Indoc or SERE?

Indoc is the most difficult in both aspects. SERE Is not really difficult it just is cold and less sleep.

Was wondering if you have any advice for a staff or tech entering indoc. What areas can I realistically improve on where an airman might not be held to as high of a standard?

What’s your suggestion for how long we should be able to comfortably tread with hands and without hands for indoc?
